QUILT SHOW NEWSLETTER:

As many of you know, it takes a village – or is it a guild? – to put on a Show. There are still several opportunities to Volunteer available, so please take a moment to review the current Volunteer schedule to see where you can help. As those who have helped with Shows in the past can tell you, it really is fun to be there as the public experiences so many beautiful quilts and vendors. Finally, many things have changed with this show, not just the venue. Therefore, please read the 2014 Show Newsletter carefully so you will be prepared (click for the Redacted version if you have trouble logging in). If you need a last minute detail, check the Quilt Show Entry Instructions. The 2014 Quilt Show Committee hopes you are as excited about the Show as we are!

Quilt Appraisals

Connie Brown, AQS-certified appraiser, will be appraising quilts at our show. The cost for a written appraisal is $50 per quilt and the cost for an oral appraisal is $25 per quilt. Reservations are recommended and can be made by contacting the Quilt Show Committee.

Show Hotel

The Quilt Show hotel is the Quality Inn & Suites Patriots Point at 196 Patriots Point, Mt. Pleasant, SC. Mention “quilt show” for the quilt show rate of $125.99 per night for double occupancy.
